Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

 

As of this moment, we only ship to U.S. Mainland and Canada

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days in addition to shipping times, (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

For simple flat rate shipping: 

We offer $15 flat rate shipping Domestically for orders under $60

We offer $30 flat rate shipping to Canada for orders under $90

 

We offer free shipping for orders over $60 in the U.S. Other shipping options include:

Priority Shipping, estimated delivery time (3 - 5 Days), Calculated at Checkout!

International Shipping

Currently we offer international shipping only to Canada

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. JJ Herbs & Things is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at herbsandthings102@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please allow 24 hours for us to respond to your email.

Return & Exchange Policy

All tea sales are final.

 

Please be careful to select the teas that you want to purchase, as we cannot accept returns on teas, thus all tea sales are final.

Also note that sales on all discounted items are final.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, granted that the item is unused and in its original condition as it was shipped, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at herbsandthings102@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

  • Items that can be returned include teacups, and other cups.

  • Items that can be exchanged include teacups, and other cups.

  • Non-returnable and non-exchangeable items include teas, pills, and discounted items.

  • Returnable and/or exchangeable items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Returned Items should be in original packaging having the original condition in which it was.

  • Initiate you return or exchange by emailing us at: herbsandthings102@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

  • Items that are returned and found to have visible signs of being used or worn or damaged will be returned to you without any exchange or refund.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Items for return or exchange must be returned in original condition and product packaging as was shipped

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID.

  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.

  3. Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.

  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Information:

  • How long it takes to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit

  • Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay

  • Any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay

  • How you handle lost or damaged returns

  • Contact information for your business if the customer has more questions
